Philipp Payer

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Payer has learned banking from the scratch in his eight years at UBS in Zürich and London, ending up in equity derivatives. In 1998 he joined Julius Baer’s brokerage to advise clients on turning fundamental equity ideas into OTC-derivatives. Later, he was part of the desk that launched Julius Baer’s very first Structured Products for their institutional clients. He was a driving force to grow this new product-class in terms of payouts and clients.  With his curiosity in financial instruments and his passion to enable clients needs, he became a key member of the newly formed TailorMadeSolutions-team,  developing  ideas and solutions on a cross-asset and cross product-approach.

As a certified treasurer and with his Master in Corporate Finance, Mr. Payer then spent two years to develop a start-up French company, looking after its finances and funding.

In Autumn 2023, Mr. Payer took over the responsibility for Impakt Kapital Services Switzerland. He enjoys the combination of offering an extremely interesting product and the interaction with his network of clients.
